As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, Natalie Bell provides expertise in HR management including but not limited to employee engagement, coaching, leadership development, performance management, learning & development and employee/labour relations.Natalie has worked for a variety of organizations in both the public and private sector, for both non-union and unionized workplaces across several industries over the past 20 years.
