Viktoriya Seredyuk is a psychological safety consultant and speaker. Based in Chicago, she serves as Founder and CEO of Lead with Candor LLC, helping busy professionals co-create healthier working relationships through psychological safety.

Having navigated global organizations across academia, executive search, insurance, and the legal sector, Viktoriya offers practical, research-based and engaging solutions to common workplace challenges.

Emory-educated in cognitive and social psychology, fluent in three languages, and certified in conflict resolution and inclusive leadership, she is uniquely positioned to empower clients to step up as cultural architects of their workplaces and foster psychological safety, engagement and innovation at their organizations.

A travel and food enthusiast, Viktoriya can also be found planning her next adventure, and looks forward to visiting Ireland next month. Growing up, she split her time between her native Lviv, Ukraine, Göteborg, Sweden (where she learned the art of the fika) and the Deep South, before moving to the Windy City. In a past life, she was obsessed with winning science fairs and figure skating competitions. Viktoriya is fond of black cats and not a fan of pumpkin spice lattes.
