A psychologist/artist guides you through the process of regulating your nervous system to go from hard survival to intentional creation.

When the world feels hard so often, how can we be soft? That’s the theme Vanessa Daly shares in this video. We learned (and many related) to her journey of being forced to find the softness in life. We need space to feel safe, to fail, to play and develop as creatives – and as human beings. She expands on four safe ways to strategically soothe your nervous system: breath work/mindfulness, creative experiences, journaling “brain dumps,” and the power of community (yay CMFW!).
