Abdullah Alrashid

Abdullah Alrashid is a leading regional figure at the cross-roads of business and social impact with over 20 year of experience. Abdullah assumes a leadership role within Aramco. Previously as director, he led Ithra to become a global cultural destination with millions of beneficiaries annually. His work has gained global recognition from pioneering cultural institutions, international media, and the Ministry of Culture. Through a diverse portfolio of initiatives across art, creativity, knowledge and culture, Alrashid championed the development of the cultural sector in the Kingdom with a focus on talent enablement and creative production.
Alrashid is a founder, advisor and board-member on a number of institutions in education, culture, and sport. He also worked previously at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Washington DC and London. Alrashid received his undergrad from the University of Edinburgh, and his MBA from Duke University.
