Jared and Kelsey Plummer keep the ice cream flowing and the fanbase crowing at Two Roosters Ice Cream.

In 2014, a particular family dinner conversation put the cherry on top of Jared's decades long hobby-turned ice cream obsession. A love for flavor, a love for community, and a loving nudge from Kelsey led to a purchase of an old '65 Ford truck, a vintage camper and some ice cream equipment. With the warm embrace of The Cookery family, Two Roosters Ice Cream has become one of the hottest (er, coldest) food trucks in the Triangle. Two Roosters has made a name for itself by celebrating other Triangle food brands and folding them into the delightful and playful ice cream flavor menu, while innovating novel creations of its own.
