About the speaker
Troy Bronsink balances (albeit awkwardly) at that delicate creative fulcrum between spirituality and action. The very sparks that inspire our most ingenious work can incinerate our families and careers, and so Troy’s work is coaching artists, activists, and organizations to develop mindful approaches to sustain their work and its process. Troy is a mindfulness coach, a design thinking consultant, and a process facilitator. He is founder of The Hive: A Center for Contemplation, Art, and Action opening at Urban Artifact in Northside. Troy’s Life as Art retreats, held nationally from Atlanta to Austin, equip creatives with design models and meditation practices to sustain their life and work. He is a musician, mixologist, 99U Ambassador, Chase Public contributor, Fetzer Institute retreat facilitator, Curator for the Wild Goose Festival, activist, spiritual director, published author, husband and co-parent of two.
