Tom Dodge

Tom Dodge is the Founder & CEO of NewView.Media, a video production studio headquartered at the Cambridge Innovation Center. A Massachusetts native, Tom studied Political Science and Communications at Boston College — and launched his video company while still a student, weaving together his passions for entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and storytelling into a career he's been building ever since.

His team produces 500+ videos and 100+ distinct projects annually, spanning company overviews, testimonial campaigns, animation, instructional content, livestream event coverage, gubernatorial campaigns, and video podcasts. He has personally conducted over 10,000 on-camera interviews, and his fundraising video work has helped clients raise over $25 million.

Tom first connected with CIC while working for an equity crowdfunding platform junior year — and joined a creative community for digital artists there after graduating, drawn back by an ecosystem he'd come to appreciate for serendipitously connecting people of aligning values. For the next decade, he built NewView.Media within CIC's innovation community, helping entrepreneurial causes grow through video storytelling. After years of pitching the idea for a dedicated video studio, that vision is now a reality: NewView.Media is an official studio partner of CIC, operating a dedicated video production space inside the Cambridge campus — serving the innovators, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven organizations that call CIC home.

A civic storyteller at heart, Tom is the creator and host of NewViews — a multimedia forum where civic imagination meets creative agency. After years of attending Creative Mornings Boston as a community member, he's thrilled to be launching an official partnership this year as their designated video livestream partner.
