Tiffany lives and works by a simple yet potent motto: Live Purposefully and Lead consciously. With this motto in mind, she works closely with the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, helping them become clear and aligned with who they are and what they stand for so they can create life-changing impact in both their inner and outer world.
As a humanist and catalyst for change, Tiffany is a firm believer that we ALL have a responsibility to humanity and the planet to connect, grow and become the best versions of ourselves–because that alone is world changing.

About Tiffany: Tiffany Lanier is a National Speaker, Vision Ignitor, and Business Clarity Coach for Experts, entrepreneurs, and inspired creatives looking to shift the world by doing more of the work they love. Her passion to inspire others to tap into their personal power and create change started at Florida State University, where Tiffany founded Kauz4unity Coalition, a student organization dedicated to Anti-discrimination around social issues such as race, sex, politics, and socio-economic-status. In addition to Kauz4unity, Tiffany launched a local after-school program called the “L.I.V.E Initiative” (which stands for Lifting Individuals Visions Everyday) to help teens empower their peers to create the change they wanted to see in their high school.
Tiffany graduated Florida State with a B.A in Mass Media Communications and a minor Psychology and went on to work for an Eco-friendly South Florida Start-up doing Online Marketing and Social Media. In 2012, Tiffany took a leap of faith, quit her job, and became a freelance Social Media Marketer working with startups and entrepreneurs around the world.
After a moving to Denver, CO in 2013, she decided to launch her Online Personal Brand Livewithtiffany.com to motivate, educate, and inspire other entrepreneurs that they, too, can take a leap of faith, trust their gifts, and start having an impact in the world doing work they love. Tiffany also became a entrepreneurial coach for teenage entrepreneurs at the Denver non-profit YouthBiz Inc and recently has worked with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy in Palm Beach.
Tiffany now lives back in South Florida with her partner and 1 year old baby girl, Autumn Sky. She’s a traveler, a total foodie and turquoise obsessed.
