After years of working as a chef, Thijs Afink could not resist the food waste he experienced in the catering industry.
His solution became ThijsTea. An iced tea brewed on the basis of fruit that would otherwise be wasted.
In the meanwhile he saves 20,000 kilos of fruit a month.
