Hi, I’m Megan, also known as Dolce. I’m the Founder/CEO of RIPE, and creator of the RIPE methodâ˘. My work specializes in coaching executives, professional athletes, high-impact leaders, and facilitating the growth of world-class teams. I started RIPE to re-energize the leadership development space as she believed it was outdated, stale, and lacked the proper tools to build the leaders of our future.
About this FieldTrip
Whether you identify as a creative, artist, entrepreneur, CEO, etc.; we all have one thing in common. Weâre ALL leaders.
In this 60-minute workshop, weâll shake up our beliefs on leadership by reflecting on our unique points of views and experiences. Weâll begin to do the HUMAN work to understand, value, and bring our UNIQUENESS to life. Participants will walk away with a new definition of leadership and understand how they bring their WHOLE selves to both their lives and their work, because we no longer need to separate WHO we are from WHAT we do.
â¨WHAT TO EXPECT
âď¸ The purpose of this workshop is to create space for us to redefine leadership and take the responsibility to own how we are showing up as leaders, in work and in life.âď¸ Weâll start by introducing the concept of Self-Leadership, and what this looks like in work, and in life.
âď¸ Then, weâll dive into RIPEâs five pillars of uniqueness and how these are brought to life in the way we show up.
âď¸ Weâll wrap things up with a group share, and send you off with reflective prompts that will keep the momentum going.
âď¸ Youâll walk away with a fresh perspective on leadership, and a new level of confidence to own who you are, and the way you lead your life.

âď¸ A pen, journal, and an open mind! This session will be a mix of facilitation and reflection; I want you to show-up and be prepared to participate.â¤ď¸ This FieldTrip is HIGHLY Interactive and includes mandatory Breakout Rooms
