We begin with a simple check in to be present with what you’re feeling, without shame or editing yourself. We’ll establish a shared vocabulary to understand your feelings without judgement.

Next we will move into The Alchemy Lab where you will learn and practice a method of recognizing and transforming your emotion into energy. This will be followed by journaling and reflection to extract wisdom.

As we end the session, we will connect emotions to creativity and how this newfound energy can be harnessed.
