Teal Thibaud

Teal started working in Community Development almost seven years ago after an initial career in Communications and Advertising. She cofounded and is now the Executive Director of a nonprofit in Chattanooga, TN called Glass House Collective. This organization is utilizing arts and culture to shape the physical, social and economic future of a neighborhood along Glass Street in East Chattanooga. She’s passionate about taking action —large or small— to create relationships with neighbors in the community she’s working in. Teal also cofounded the UNFoundation, a micro grant-making organization that funds cool ideas for Chattanooga.
