Susanna Basso

Susanna Basso was born in Turin, where she lives and works.
For almost four decades she has taught in various high schools of her hometown, accumulating generations of precious students.

In the course of her "parallel life" she has dated, intermittently or continuously, Jane Austen, Ian McEwan, Alice Munro, Julian Barnes, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Martin Amis, Angela Carter, Kazuo Ishiguro, Mary Gaitskill, Paul Auster. Some of them do not know about it.
