Susan is the president and co-owner of PJ Morgan Real Estate. She has been a successful real estate professional since 2006. Susan joined the company as Vice President in 2013 with an exemplary record in residential sales built upon her leadership, industry expertise, and market knowledge.

Susan exemplifies her leadership role in all things real estate sitting on several boards and has received numerous industry accolades, including 2021 Realtor of the year, from the Omaha Area Board of Realtors. We can attest to her charismatic personality and unwavering integrity. Leading at PJ Morgan Real Estate as President and Owner, Susan is a natural strategic planner. She has fostered a collaborative environment, cultivating confidence and growth in each agent. Born and raised in Omaha, Susan’s passion and appreciation for her hometown is evident and contagious. Susan loves the outdoors. During the summer months, you will typically find her with her son Billy and husband Matt, poolside or on the lake boating. In the fall and winter, she enjoys spending time in Colorado hiking and enjoying the mountains!
