Join us for a morning of creativity through song with Mandy Rowden, singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and founder of Girl Guitar.

Up your music knowledge with a fast and fun dive into the world of songwriting! Mandy will take us from the basics to writing tunes. If your inner rockstar is itching to perform, you’ll have the option of showcasing your talents in front of your fellow FieldTrippers. No pressure though!

This will be a quick toe in the water of the big wide world of creating songs and will hopefully spark a new love and appreciation for the marriage of words and music (and maybe even a new hobby).

You need not have a guitar or know how to play to join us. If you have a guitar and know some basic chords, feel free to bring it along.
