About the speaker

Samantha is the Founder of Beyond Limits Consulting LLC and a Leadership Development and Team Effectiveness coach with an extensive background in leadership, learning, and organizational development in international and complex environments. She draws on 25 years of experience as a retired Royal Air Force officer and working within the defense, diplomatic and development sectors to help people navigate through their own journeys.

She has worked with multi-cultural and multinational teams in Europe, the Americas, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, enhancing the effectiveness of organizations, teams and individuals to increase their impact on the world. Samantha has developed people to support complex operations, the growth of future leaders and managers, and enhance team dynamics and effectiveness.
