Shazia is a qualified Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach.

The work she does points towards the innate well-being inside each of us. She works
with her clients to recognise their natural resilience, wisdom and clarity,
enabling them to access their potential with ease and freedom, instead of
stress and overwhelm. People are not broken, and they do not need to be
fixed - all we need is to uncover misunderstandings about the way the

every aspect of their life, from relationships to emotional resilience, to
