I'll guide you through a variety of fun free-write prompts to loosen up your thoughts and encourage you to remix your story how you want to tell it.
✒️ 📝 📒 have your favorite journaling materials at the ready. I suggest doing this writing manually with a pen/pencil/marker and a notebook, but you do what works for you.
A hands-on session where participants get to build, craft, or create something tangible.
