Congratulations! If you landed here, you are a creative person!

Join us at our event this month as we celebrate the creativity in our community. Our global theme this month is "Release" and we invite you to come together and share what you're working on --- whether it's painting, music, poetry, fiber arts, photography, or any other expression of creativity. Bring a work-in-progress, share a sample of a creative project, announce a new release, or tell us a little bit more about where you are in your creative journey. In this event, we'll kick off with live music from our partner Sing for Hope before opening it up to members of the community (that's you!) to share what creative projects are bringing you joy right now. You can share answers to:

  • What is your creative outlet and what are you working on?

  • What was the moment you discovered your creativity?

  • What have you released in order to open up your creativity?

  • Are you looking for someone to support you on your project?

  • How can CMNYC help you grow this project?

In the last 15 minutes, we'll enter breakouts for a Virtual Linger to make new friends and chat about our creative experiments, before coming back to reflect on our time together.
