“Would you continue to live as you do if this would be the last year of your life?”

I love to ask people “Would you continue to live as you do if this would be the last year of your life?” to inspire them to reflect their own daily routines, struggles and thoughts.  But even though many of those I had posed that question to, answered with “No, I wouldn’t.” still so many continue to live a life that feels rather ok than great and fulfilling.  But why are we doing that? Why is it so hard to change? I am going to answer these questions. I am going to talk about the challenges to overcome patterns, routines and limiting beliefs and where they come from at all. Furthermore, you will hear why death can be a gift for life.  Learn more about how your brain works and make a short trip with me into the world of physics and what it has to do with change. Explore with me that ONE process helping us to train our brain to overcome our patterns. And finally let’s talk about that one step that is needed to integrate a fulfilling vision from theory into daily life. Maybe to establish new patterns?

About the speaker

Hi! My name is Kathleen Ehrlich. If you see me, hopefully you experience: That’s lust for life.

My mission: Motivate others to realize the gift of life and to open it and live: a fulfilling and healthy life.

In the past I was struggling with integrating different roles and dreams into my life: I am working as a leader at BMW, a big international company with a long history and traditions, I am a group fitness instructor on national and international events, I am a speaker, a trainer, a coach and mom of a 14 year old son. As contradictory those roles seem to be: In all my roles I am focusing on inspiring people to be brave, to believe in themselves and to go beyond their borders. That is why in 2018 I founded my own company called „Redefine your borders“.
Every day I try to integrate all my roles into one authentic personality for being a role model for others showing what it means to follow your own heart and leave and overcome routines and patterns by training your mind and heart.
