Rachel Johnson left big, corporate law to build 2 successful businesses. She went from feeling lost to being happy!

About the speaker

Rachel Johnson took the leap 5 years ago and left big law, along with her Co-Founder, Christina Oshan, to build a firm of their own - J&O Law. Built purely off word of mouth and their networks, the firm has grown into a well-respected law firm in the venture space representing high-growth venture-backed companies as they scale. J&O now has four offices (Boca Raton, New York City, Austin, and Northern Virginia) and is comprised of a team of experienced big law attorneys.

Rachel has also recently launched a new health and wellness company, ah.mi, that’s all about getting healthy with your friends. She started ah.mi because she wanted a simple way for her and her friends to get healthy together - something that fit into their busy lives and spoke to them in a fresh and elevated way.

Hear from Rachel about how the time of her life when she felt the most LOST was actually the very thing that pushed her to create the life she always wanted. How she walked away from a promising career at one of the largest law firms in the world to build a firm of her own, and how she manages her insanely busy schedule (all while living a healthy life!) - including the most important job of all, being a mom to two little ones!
