About the speaker
PK first began cooking during his college days out of necessity. As a lifelong vegetarian, the constraints of college meal plans pushed him to experiment. What started as a requirement soon transformed into a source of inspiration. Baking and cooking offered PK a canvas for creative expression, where he could apply the principles he had learned as an architecture student to food.
Today, even as a licensed architect, PK continues to indulge in his passion for baking, crafting delectable tarts and macarons infused with the flavors of his Indian upbringing and Middle Eastern culture. Along this journey, he has discovered the profound significance of food as a unifying force, bridging cultures and allowing the sharing of personal history with others.
