It's the 4th Annual New York is Creative, hosted at Newlab!
New York is Creative is a fast, heartfelt celebration of the messy, personal, beautiful process of making. It’s a stage for the side projects, the experiments, the unfinished things that kept you curious or kept you going.
Come cheer on your fellow community members as they share their creative works in progress, daydreams, and masterpieces with us.
Our application process is complete, and we're so excited to share this year's crew!
8:30 AM - 9:00 AM
❤️ Enjoy free coffee and breakfast while you meet and mingle with your fellow NYC creatives and create some hand-made signs at our sign making station to cheer on your friends!
9:00 AM-10:00AM
❤️ The Show begins! We’ll kick off with a musical performance. Then, community members (that's you!) will take the stage to share about a creative project you've been working on! Each person will have 90 seconds to share their projects. Yes, it's fast! We aim to include as many people as possible. Expect it to be zany and amazing!
❤️ You, the crowd, are a very important part of this event!! We can't wait to have you in the audience to cheer on your fellow NYC'ers with all the love this community is known for. Your generosity and encouragement sets the tone for the experience and makes it the magical space that it is!
