About the speaker
Merrick Ho joined Hong Kong Blind Union (HKBU) at a very young age. He was elected as a member of the Executive Committee in 2017. In 2021, Merrick was elected as Financial Secretary who is responsible for defining the fiscal policy to meet the organization's development and the needs of its members. He also actively participates in policy advocacy, fundraising and publicity events of the organisation to demonstrate the value of self-help and mutual-help of visually impaired people.
