Hear about the science, listen to stories, and learn strategies to meet your guide. Experience connection to learn how owning who you are is the key to all that you want to be.

We’re often taught to look outside ourselves for the map, the mentor, the method in order to do it ”right.” But what if the path you’re searching for isn’t out there? What if it’s inside you in the wonderful and wild parts you’ve been trying to hide? In a world that tells you how to be, Silba’s talk is an invitation to reclaim your inner authority. We’ll explore imposter syndrome, the myth that you have to fit in to belong, and the sneaky ways that teachers, practices and systems become more like prisons than pathways. You’ll hear science, stories and strategies to feel confident walking your own unique, messy, beautiful path. Expect to play with your shoes off and to discover how your “weird” might be your wisdom. We’ll create a space where real connection becomes the mentor and owning who you are is the key to all that you want to be.
