How many products, services and companies out there do you fully trust? How many would you wholeheartedly vouch for? Probably not that many.

Companies build, break and try to rebuild relationships with their customers all the time. Many greenwashing incidents and scandals make it increasingly difficult to believe in a brand’s good intentions and honest actions. What is the role and responsibility of a design in creating trustworthy and truthful products, services, and communication? Our speaker Maria Fröhlich, will talk about how she designs and works with purpose, addressing key questions and inviting the audience to reflect on their own behavior and work. Where do we draw the line between moral and immoral in trying to change people’s behaviors by using design?
