Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, barbering changed Marc-Anthony Pierre’s life, and now he’s using it to change others. With 10 years behind the chair, what started as a passion for clean fades and sharp lines became a mission to elevate the industry.

As the owner of The Max Xperience Barbershop and creator of The Marc Method, Marc has built a platform to educate, mentor, and empower the next generation of barbers. He recently completed his Instructor Training Program, taking the next step in his journey to formally educate and shape the future of barbering.

He believes barbering is more than a skill—it’s a craft, a business, and a legacy. His mission is simple: to equip barbers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive behind the chair and beyond.
