About this FieldTrip
This FieldTrip is an idea seed bomb of supportive tools & systems!
I will guide you through crafting an 8-part customized self-care plan…and share how to engage it with your community/support system.
Topics will include identifying your needs, red flag rituals, boundary setting, and boosting self-compassion.
Neurodivergent creatives are especially invited!
