About the speaker
Originally from Patagonia, Argentina, and based in Vienna since 2017, Laura worked for six years as an architect before starting freelancing as a multidisciplinary designer with a focus on interior design, photography, illustration and artificial intelligence image generation with the aid of Midjourney.
She started learning Midjourney in May of 2023, teaching herself how to create her own fictional world, aiming for a style that combined her favourite colours, characters and spaces. She combines cheerful, pastel tones and minimalism to create delicate portraits and interior design images, mixing geometry with abstract and organic shapes, with clear Mediterranean and Japanese influences.
She has since started her freelance career working mainly with AI, generating images for brands and other creatives.
