About the speaker

Julia has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry as well as almost a decade in leadership education. She has worked cross functionally as a leader in merchant processing, human resources, treasury services, information technology, wealth management and deposit pricing. She has been part of executive leadership teams, led a national sales team working with Fortune 500 clients, and
has coordinated communications and execution in numerous areas of project management. She has lead and assisted with strategic planning, change management and leadership develop initiatives across numerous industries such as healthcare, education, and finance. She is currently the EVP of a fin-tech company and an associate of a talent development firm.

Julia is also a certified executive coach earning her ACC through the International Coaching Federation and is certified in numerous personality assessments (including Gallup CliftonStrengths and Kolbe). She has served as an instructor at the University of Nebraska- Omaha, the American Bankers Association, and has frequently spoken at conferences and seminars.  She earned the Certified Treasury Professional
(CTP), and is certified in Lean/Six Sigma from Villanova University.

Julia grew up working in a family-owned business, which was in her family for 100 years.  Learning business from the ground up provided Julia with a sense of the scope and prioritization projects require to successfully keep a business profitable and current. 

She received a BA in Psychology from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and an MA from University of Nebraska - Lincoln in Human Resource Development with an emphasis in Organizational Design.
