Jon Barnes speaks in Serendipity and its slightly arrogant cousin Luck

Jon Barnes shares his ā€source codeā€ for serendipity – seven crucial components that needs to be in place in order for serendipity to happen. Filmed at CreativeMornings Gothenburg in May 2017.

About the speaker

Jon Barnes is a self-confessed geek in what he calls the ā€˜Science of Serendipity’ and at his talk at CrativeMornings Gothenburg on May 24 he will share his ā€˜source code’ with us.

Jon is a thinker and tinkerer provoking individuals and organisations to explore big questions such as 'how does our species organise itself in the 21st century?'

He is author of "Democracy Squared", a CEO advisor to small and billion dollar organisations, the co-founder of indie org consultancy flux.am and a guest lecturer in Digital Transformation at the world's 3rd ranked Exec MBA programme HEC Paris.

He is a radical minimalist and lives between the tranquility of the french mountains and the creative bustle of Brighton, England.
