Janneke Hoeben talks about how she became a culistrator, a job title she created for herself after realising Food is where her heart lies.

About the speaker

Originally she started her career as a commercial fashion designer but after 10 years she decided to quit her job and follow a different path. “I’m totally into food and drinks. Not only to consume them but also for inspiration or refrence for my work. Beneath that I also love to draw, making off the cuff patterns!

So when I started in 2010 as the first culistrator it felt completely natural. Since ten I worked for different clients and companies with a strong focus on food and drinks. Fashion didn’t disappear, on the contrary, I created an environment in which both worlds come together.
