Vanessa Grossl started âSavor: An Immigrant Entrepreneur Oral History Projectâ to document the stories of some Lexingtonâs leading immigrant culinary entrepreneurs, including Alma Kajtazovic (Sorella Gelateria), Lesme Romero (Lexington Pasta/Pasta Garage) and Ilias Pappas (Athenian Grill).
