Kristi Ray & Erika Arlee

Our March speaker(s) are Kristi Ray and Erika Arlee, the filmmaking team that owns and operates Honey Head Films, an award-winning, female-led production house with a mission-driven approach to narrative filmmaking.

Kristi is an award-winning actress, producer and self-taught filmmaker who has spent the past decade building the brand of Honey Head — a social enterprise focused on the female experience in front of and behind the lens. She's a proud mama, Libra and connector of people.

Erika is a critically acclaimed writer, director, cinematographer and co-founder of the award-winning production company, Honey Head Films. In addition to her multi-hyphenate work behind the camera, Erika has held an adjunct professorship at UNCW in the Film Studies Department.
