About the speaker

Ginger Hahn has spent her entire adult life working with chocolate and pastry. After graduating at the top of her class from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, she returned to Northern California. At age 25, she started her first company selling wholesale chocolate bonbons. Just three years later, she opened her first retail chocolate boutique in Midtown and earlier this year she expanded to open her second boutique in San Francisco.
