Gennie Diaz

Gennie Diaz is founder and executive director of For AR People, a grassroots nonprofit that connects the dots between policy and people’s lives. For AR People educates, equips, and empowers Arkansans to take ownership of the democratic process and fight for issues that benefit all people, not just those at the top. Gennie has deep roots in the Arkansas Ozarks and has lived in Fayetteville for over 20 years.
