Gary Guerin speaks on the theme of Blossom at Kiln Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona on September 26th, 2025.

About the speaker

Gary Guerin is a visionary creative leader redefining what a modern floral business can be. As Founder and Creative Director of STEM SWAG, a nationally recognized floral and event design company based in Phoenix, Gary has spent the past eight years merging high-concept creativity with fresh, inclusive approaches to retail and event florals. Under his leadership, STEM SWAG has produced over 800 weddings annually, delivered for celebrity clients like Taylor Swift, Janet Jackson, and Charli XCX, and partnered on major cultural moments including Super Bowl LVII - all while creating a vibrant, welcoming community space in the city’s Melrose District.

Before turning his talents to florals, Gary built a 20+ year career at the top of the creative industry. From founding SWAY Events - producing high-impact experiences for the American Music Awards, Budweiser, and Skyy Vodka - to serving as Creative Director for Team A2E, where he helmed activations for Pinterest, Facebook, Sundance, and even The White House, Gary has earned a reputation for making the impossible possible. His work spans luxury hospitality, pop-up brand experiences, and cultural events, always marked by resourcefulness, edge, and a flair for the unexpected.

Today, Gary is channeling that same inventive spirit into transforming the floral landscape. By fusing efficiency, artistry, and bold experimentation, he’s challenging industry norms and building “the flower shop of the future.” His mission: to make STEM SWAG a beacon of creativity, community, and change in the floral world - and to inspire others to think differently about beauty, business, and belonging.
