Freewriting about your ideal future self can deepen your understanding of yourself, and even add a greater sense of direction and purpose to your life today.
In this relaxed, creative space, you’ll be given time to reflect on writing prompts about you in the future. Then, I’ll guide you through a short series of questions about what you wrote, extracting wisdom and insights into what you want and what might help you get there.
This workshop is designed to help you leave with new insights, validation or affirmations about yourself and what you want, as well as some ideas for practical next steps.

✔️ Freewrite – prompts and space to explore your ideal future
✔️ Gather clues from your imagined future and get practical ideas for using them for direction today

A hands-on session where participants get to build, craft, or create something tangible.
