Five Every Day

Please join us for a special CreativeMornings as we celebrate our five year anniversary here in Los Angeles. We’re excited to be producing this event with the talented team behind the app, 5 Every Day, and specifically Claire Evans of YACHT. Two years ago, Claire and Jona Bechtolt announced their 5 Every Day app at CreativeMornings and now they’re helping us choose speakers for this event.

Our theme is “time” and we’ve decided to bring in five speakers to speak for five minutes each on each one of the categories in the LA-centric 5 Every Day app. We’ll hear short talks on art, city, food, music, and a wildcard.

Art: Kate Johnston and Sarah Williams from The Women’s Center for Creative Work.

City: Tom Carroll, host of Tom Explores Los Angeles.

Food: Zach Brooks, host of Food is the New Rock.

Music: Miguel de Pedro, Kid606.

Wildcard: Alice Wetterlund.

5 Every Day was lovingly built by a small group of Los Angeles-based friends, designers, and artists to fill their own need for a no-nonsense events calendar and exploration engine. The design studio Public-Library made it beautiful and YACHT, a multimedia pop group, comb the city for wonderful things.
