About this FieldTrip
When I write, I create spaces for myself where I can retreat - to reflect, to muse, and to become aware of myself. Because writing helps to escape from daily routines. To put our thoughts and feelings on paper, reveal ourselves and free ourselves from worries to head off for new adventures.
This Field Trip is an introduction to therapeutic writing and helps you to identify your feelings to relieve stress and enhance our own creativity. I will guide you through some writing exercises that should help to give free rein to your ideas.
Note: It’s not about quality, expression or style. Because it’s not the result that counts, but the process of writing itself.
✨WHAT TO EXPECT
✔️ You will learn about the therapeutic impact of writing and that it is only the process that counts, not the result.✔️ You will experience that when you write the hand connects your mind with the paper, your thoughts flow directly onto the paper, which then becomes a mirror for your feelings.
✔️ You will not write for an audience. In therapeutic writing you write for yourself to reflect, to gain insights and to find answers.

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.
Show up fully
Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.
Stay curious
Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!
