The awkward girl’s steps to a public life in art, business and community.
About the speaker

“I am not so sure I ever became an artist, it’s more like art happened to me.” It all started happening one childhood day when she submerged lawn ornaments in a swimming pool and her first series of photographic images was born. Her mom’s St. Francis figurine was never the same, but Erica was forever transformed.
Erica’s commitment to art bleeds into her community. If she’s not on a shoot, she’s lending her skills to a nonprofit, or mentoring young artists. Her photography projects have been admired by readers of GQ, People Magazine, Texas Music Magazine, fans of local musicians who commission her work and visitors of gallery shows in Dallas. Erica lives and works in Dallas, and is the owner of Cella Arts and Erica Felicella Photography located in Dallas’s Oak Cliff.
This month Erica will be speaking about the journey from weird to weirder. The awkward girl’s steps to a public life in art, business and community. Join us!
