User-Centered design and Sex Toys
Buxxxer collection is a series of vibratoys redesigned by madeindreams for Kokoro with a funny, alluring and smiling look. Featured on the ADI design Index, Laughing Squid, Design Boom and Trend Hunter, the Kokoro sex toys stand out as a collection that brings a smile to the users’ face, even before the appliances are switched on. Emanuele will tell us more about the design process, with a specific focus on the co-design workshops about pleasure and sexual wellbeing that helped the shape of this product.
About the speaker
Emanuele Laviosa is creative director and strategic designer at madeindreams. After his studies at the Politecnico di Milano (Product Service System) and at the Tongji University in Shanghai (Design Innovation) he worked at China Bridge International and Nascent Design.
Emanuele pursues a facts and concepts driven design, over aesthetics and intuition. He’s focused in helping clients and teams in identifying actionable insights about user needs and behaviors, and finding inspiration for the design process.
