About this FieldTrip
As a group, we will engage in a seated qigong practice with a focus on slowing down our minds and tapping into our bodily wisdom to get into a receptive creative state. The workshop will include accessible movement, meditation and writing.

Jen Knox is a dedicated writing coach, educator, and storyteller who founded and co-owns Unleash Creatives, a holistic arts organization based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
