About the speaker

Claire Campbell is the Founder and Lead Instructor at Blue Stone Writers, a vibrant community of fellow storytellers seeking writerly guidance and creative community. A novelist with an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Sarah Lawrence College, Claire has worked in communications and development for organizations in both the educational and environmental sectors including Texas Land Conservancy, The Whole Kids Foundation, Learning Leaders, Inc., and Sunnyside Community Services. Claire teaches creative writing at Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX (her alma mater), and loves working with writers of all ages. She is also the host of The Fool and the Page, a podcast for writers, the Tarot-curious, and for all of us making stories to make sense of things.

Claire is all about that cosmic blend between artist needs and character quirks; she believes that the writing process should be uplifting and illuminating if at all possible.
