Bryan Maness, Chief Executive of Limestone Hospitality, spent seven years traveling the country in a mobile kitchen, earning a reputation for the best food on the music festival “trail” and serving artists from the Grateful Dead to Weezer along with tens of thousands of concert goers. After four major career pivots—from chef to food truck owner, festival operator, and now brick-and-mortar restaurateur—he brings rich stories of life on the road and a deep passion for building community.
