Brooks E. Scott

Brooks E. Scott is a professionally certified Executive Coach, Interpersonal Communications Expert, Strategic Advisor, and Chief Culture Curator at Merging Path Coaching—a firm he founded that specializes in leadership and management training.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Brooks served as the VP of Safety for a cybersecurity company, managed operations for the bodyguard team of the CEO and COO of Meta, served as a New Jersey State Trooper, and was a 5th-grade elementary school teacher. He is also the current COO of a New York-based law firm.

Brooks facilitates leadership and communications courses to the world's top companies and has coached hundreds of leaders. In his spare time, he plays electric bass guitar with his band, Himalayan Salty.
