Leticia Beckers is born and raised in Brazil. Since she was a little girl, she had the dream of exploring the world, which she ended up embracing in different stages of her adult life. After living in New York, Lisbon, Jakarta and now Lausanne, and having the opportunity to visit several countries around the globe, she is always more convinced that there are no people as happy, resilient and optimistic as the Brazilians. She is inviting us to visit the Brazil you don’t see in the headlines of Der Spiegel or The New York Times, detaching you from Carnival, Soccer or the current political situation, and introducing you to a country that carries a complex history, diverse culture and breathtaking landscapes. In the end, her husband (who is German) takes the stage and tells us a little bit about his perspective, of how is it to live in this huge country. And please, don’t mention the 7:1.
