About the speaker
Paige Doughty’s work invites children and adults alike into curiosity, authenticity, and joy. For more than two decades, as part of the duo Jeff & Paige, she has written and performed seven albums of original science- and nature-based music at festivals and schools across Colorado. She also maintains a private practice as a spiritual teacher and coach.
With a background in literature, languages, and environmental education, Paige infuses both her performances and client sessions with theatrical flair, grounded depth, and playful energy. She is co-founder of the nonprofit Rainbow Socks, whose mission is to ensure artists earn living wages while keeping programming affordable and accessible to the public.
Her live performance work has recently expanded into Rainbow Socks, a live-action children’s television series she created and stars in—an imaginative, educational show designed to spark curiosity, confidence, and care for the natural world. The series will premiere nationwide in early 2026.
Through her private coaching and teaching, Paige supports clients in moving beyond patterned thought to reconnect with the deeper Self—unchanging, awake, and ever-present. In addition to seeing individuals and couples, she hosts a bi-weekly meditation group and is currently writing her first book, Unwinding Myself Whole, which traces her journey from adolescence through early adulthood and charts her full recovery from mental illness into a life rooted in wholeness.
