What if our personal health was directly tied to how deeply we participate in city life

What if our personal health was directly tied to how deeply we participate in city life—not just through daily routines, but through acts of service and a greater awareness of our surroundings? How can design encourage presence, connection, and appreciation? In this interactive talk, we will explore these questions using Stockholm as a model where health and cycles intertwine. Together, we’ll discover how cities can be reimagined to promote well-being and create spaces that inspire balance, connection, and a shared purpose.

About the speaker

Andrés is a former architect turned serial founder, driven by a love for cities, their vibrancy, quality of life, and the complex dynamics that shape collective behaviour. He has worked on iconic landmarks like the Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia, the Doha Metro Network in Qatar and the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles.

His companies share a common thread: making cities more vibrant, healthy, and human. His latest venture, AIR, reimagines health in the modern city, blending wellness, art, and civic engagement to radically transform our increasingly disconnected world into one that values presence and connection.
