December’s theme is “time” and we’re thrilled to have Amy Elliott Bragg speaking on a subject she loves.

Amy Elliott Bragg writes and tells stories about Detroit history through her blog, nighttraintodetroit.com, and the Little Detroit History Letter, a monthly email newsletter. She is director of content at Issue Media Group, a national network of 20+ local publications – including Model D in Detroit – dedicated to the story of growth, transformation, and catalytic talent in cities. She also serves as board president of Preservation Detroit, the city’s foremost historic preservation advocacy organization, and is a co-founder of Brick + Beam Detroit, a Knight Cities Challenge-winning project to bring together Detroit’s community of building rehabbers.
